Michael C. Creedon Jr.

Chief Executive Officer

Mike was named Chief Executive Officer in December 2024. He joined Dollar Tree as Chief Operating Officer in October 2022 with accountability for store operations, real estate, and procurement. In February 2024, his role was expanded to include oversight of Dollar Tree and Family Dollar Merchandising and Supply Chain for end-to-end accountability of delivering a best-in-class store experience for our associates and the customers they serve.

Before Dollar Tree, from 2013-2022, Mike was with Advance Auto Parts. There he served as EVP and President of U.S. Stores, North America Division President, and President of Autopart International. Prior to Advance Auto Parts, Mike served as Vice President and General Manager of Sensormatic, LLC – North America from 2010 to 2013. Sensormatic is the retail security division of Tyco International (U.S.), Inc. Prior to his role with Sensormatic, he served in multiple leadership roles within Tyco International and ADT Security, another division of Tyco.

Stewart Glendinning

Chief Financial Officer

Stewart Glendinning was named Chief Financial Officer in March 2025 after previously serving as Chief Transformation Officer. Prior to joining Dollar Tree, Stewart served as CEO of Express, Inc. He previously held global CFO roles at Tyson Foods and Molson Coors Brewing Company, and he also served as President and CEO of a number of operating segments at both of those Fortune 500 companies.

Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami Law School. He is also a board member for The North West Company.

Brent Beebe

Incoming Chief Merchandising Officer

Brent joined Dollar Tree in 2020 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Merchandising and Marketing. He was recently appointed Incoming Chief Merchandising Officer through a planned leadership succession, transitioning full-time into the role in April 2026. Prior to joining Dollar Tree, Brent held leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Seattle-based Bartell Drugs, culminating as Executive Vice President. He also held senior merchandising roles at Jo-Ann Stores and Fred Meyer (a banner of The Kroger Company). 

Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. He previously served on the board of the Global Market Development Center (GMDC) and their Education Leadership Council, helping to pave the way for future leaders in the Merchandising community.

Roxanne Weng

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Roxanne was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in April 2025. Roxanne spent more than 30 years at Walgreens, a leading provider of retail and pharmacy services. During her tenure, she held roles of increasing responsibility in both store operations and supply chain and worked as a pharmacist. In her role as the Walgreens Chief Supply Chain Officer, Roxanne led distribution, transportation, inventory management, and master data management. Roxanne most recently worked at Uline, an industry leader in packaging and shipping supplies, where she oversaw the company's creative operations. 

Roxanne earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Purdue University, a Masters in Business from the University of Phoenix, and a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Loyola University.

Jocelyn Konrad

Chief of Dollar Tree Stores and Enterprise Store Operations

Jocy joined the organization as Chief of Stores for Family Dollar in Sept. 2023. In Nov. 2024 she was named Chief of Dollar Tree Stores and Enterprise Store Operations. Jocy has more than 30 years of operational experience, and prior to joining Dollar Tree and Family Dollar, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Pharmacy Officer at Rite Aid Corporation. She held multiple leadership roles at Rite Aid and earlier in her career held senior management positions at Eckerd Pharmacy and Thrift Drug. Jocy holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science. She is a registered pharmacist in Pennsylvania and has been named to the list of Top Women in Retail and Most Influential Women by Mass Market Retailer.
